ship is typical of the current breed of OSVs, billed
to be able to do nearly everything, and there is
something in this. Years ago construction people
would have been overjoyed to have been able to hire
a large platform which could maintain station
without the assistance of anchors or tugs. Today
they have a choice of many. It is nearly "News and
