O.H.Meling have been about in the North Sea for as long as anyone can remember with their ships named Siddis something. According to their website they have been ship-owners since 1948. They remain a small Stavanger based company, owning a couple of tankers and a small number of supply vessels. Some of the ships are owned by a company called "Siem Meling" and are managed by O.H.Meling. There are ships on order.

They seem to have taken delivery of a couple of ships during the second decade of the 21st century. Updated 24/1/12

At the 2013 review the company had not purchased any other ships, or had anything being built. However we had put the Siddis Mariner in Disposals, which was wrong. They are still managing this ship.

At the time of the 2014 review it is possible that the company is now called "Siem Meling", but this page is not being changed at the moment. however, one ship has been sold,
