PICTURE OF THE DAY 2015

Photographs of offshore support vessels in action in many parts of the world.

I have gone back in time a bit, and when thumbing through the oil rig pictures came across the Jack Bates being offloaded from a heavy lift ship in Australia in 2005. This rig is now unique, the other of two was the P36, now on the seabed offshore Brazil.

Photo by Chas Baker and posted here on 28th July 2015 .
