McDermott purchased the Secunda fleet in 2007, but left everything outwardly the same, however in 2012 Birch Hill Equity Partners purchased most of the fleet, leaving the four ships which might be used for construction work.

The company has built ships and has one monohull on order in 2013. The ownership and status of the Bold Endurance is in doubt but it has been left here for the present.

Updated 28/02/2013.At the time of the January 2015 update the Bold Endurance appeared to have been restored to its owners and one heavy lift ship had just been added to the fleet. One further ship is on order.
