This is a photo taken by one of our regular contributors, Scott Vardy of the Northern Supporter at the Maersk Resolute on Christmas day. It is one of those things that for seafarers, the comfortable family occasions tend to be forgotten, while those times when we have been out there on days when we know that at the very least our friends ashore are getting out of their brains, tend to be remembered.
